Romans 1:16-17 KJV For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. (17)For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
The Apostle Paul, from the time He met Christ, was never ashamed of the gospel. He proclaimed this world/life changing message to all who would lessen, from Kings and Governors, to the philosophers on Mars Hill, to the common people in the markets. Paul’s deepest desire was to see the lost come to Christ. He followed these words “live by faith.” No matter where he was no matter what was going on, He always trusted in His Saviour to spread that gospel that could “bring salvation to everyone that believeth…”
