We would like to welcome you to Benville Baptist Church. If you are a first time visitor, we would like to get to know you, please fill out the visitor card in this bulletin, and place it in the offering plate or hand it to the pastor as we leave. We hope you will join our worship services as often as you can.
Youth Bake Sale Fundraiser: We had a great time yesterday with our first cooking lessons. We had a great turn out and everyone had a good time. Today we have the new budding cooks offering their creations for sale. So pick up something today to support our VBS fund.
Fall Revival Time: It is Revival time again! Our Revival has been set for September 18th – 23rd. We are looking forward to having Bro Eddie Lambert as our speaker. Start praying for these services, pray for two things 1 that God will give Bro. Eddie the messages we need, and 2 that God will give us the heart to receive the messages.
Choir practice Sunday nights @ 5:00PM. We need you! There is room for you in our choir. So come out and lend your voice to sing praises to our Lord.
Seat Fund: We are raising money to refinish our pews. On the back table is a jar to collect change for our seats. To refinish one pew is $650.00 each. The total price to refinish our pews will be about $14,300.00.
We are a very friendly Church and we need to show it! We need a few of our folks to greet people (especially first time visitors) and let them know we are glad they are here and give visitors a visitor card.
New Disciple Training Class: Our Wednesday night class is now our Disciple Training Class. We began a journey to train ourselves in the ABC’s of Christian Groweth. We had a great start and looking forward to this Wednesday night. This will be 28 lessons on basic Christian teachings and to give us the ability to tell others about following Our Lord. Please make plans to be part of this class.
Sunday School: I want to invite you to attend our Sunday School. We are having a great time in Sunday School. It is in Sunday School that you can get a little deeper in God’s Word.
